Our corporate profile receives leadership from an individual recognized for his dynamic management skills. As a Certified Association Executive (CAE) he has proven experience in all facets of association, governance, and events management. As an entrepreneur he has an extensive background in business administration, accounting, and financial planning. With more than twenty years of experience, these two elements combined provide the strength that an association requires to operate an organization as a ‘business’ in today’s climate.

Our philosophy is to inspire leadership through example, to work as a team to achieve goals. Leadership involves interpersonal skills that make others feel that they are involved in the process as key stakeholders.

We develop an internal hierarchy for our client groups. This enables a professional to serve as the main contact for the association. This person would in turn take on a title that meets the profile of the organization. An example of this would be Executive Director. Our main contact develops the internal system that provides the frame work, with support staff, to serve and communicate to the members, board of directors, committees, and the represented industry/professional community.

We believe that our leadership skills are further strengthened by our own volunteer work. We sit on several committees so that we can be a part of the dynamics of helping others. There are a variety of opportunities that have enabled us to work with a charitable cause to coincide with a client group’s special event. This provides a source of acquiring funds to donate to charity, while increasing member and staff empowerment. Our staff volunteers each summer in Windsor, Ontario to lend a helping hand to the amazing breast cancer survivor women that partake in the Dragon Boat Races. These monies raised go directly to benefit research in finding a cure. Seeing the courage these women embrace provides never ending inspiration.
